Advice for Newbies

Here is our situation:

Husband and Wife both working the business
Largest client pays lowest fees
They make up for this in volume, plenty of it local, easy to work with and CONSISTENCY
Payments from this lowest fee client covers all personal and business expenses.
Everything else is gravy.

Don't focus so much on the fees. When you find that good, consistent revenue source, hold on to it.
