The stacking order page is in the specific notary instructions that we have to initial. It says if notary does not do the stacking order correctly, then it may result in reduction of fees.
Regarding information sheet, I give it to the borrowers at the beginning when I am filling out the journal and doing the patriot act and then do the same thing and say they can finish it when I am reviewing the docs. |
