| I haven't been inside of homes since returning in May. I call ahead of time and let them know. I require opened air areas. I had a few that pushed back and I just tagged the signature lines of everything that did not need to be notarized and required them to sign the documents that need notarizing in my presence. I make sure that I have a copy of the docs (electronically) with me so I can talk them through any questions/concerns they may have. Thinking now of how I'm going to handle this during the cold months. |
