Just curious because I never hear of closing delays, waiting on inspections, or anything like that by any CA notary due to fire threats or in fire zones. If you are unfortunate and live in an impacted area after a hurricane, you can bet everything is pushed back min. 2-3 weeks++. It's a chain reaction down here...inspections, permits, roofing, and everyone is booked up and then the city gets behind in permitting. |
