| I've been doing indoor closings and outdoor closings since the middle of May, when I started back up. It's going to be indoor closings now that winter has arrived. I ask for spacing at the signing and most have a table that is long enough that we can sit at either end. If not, I carry a TV tray and chair I can use and that's worked well in the instances where they don't have a large table or they want to sign at their coffee table. (i bring my TV tray in and sit across the room and they can bend over the table). I also use the procedure where I give them the docs to sign and I sit with their copy and we go page by page. I still have control of the docs but we avoid all the passing back and forth. So far this has worked well. Of course we all wear masks, and use hand sanitizer and I do ask those three questions about their health during the confirmation call. |
