Luckily I had already turned this back yesterday when they couldn't provide contact info for borrower.

This is a conventional 30-year refi. 120 pages is actual loan/escrow docs. The rest is Equine & Farm insurance policy! When I emailed TC reminding of cancellation, I also suggested they may want to warn next notary of package size.

Dang! That's a lot of trees!! Wink
