WOW, that's a large pkg.
AFTER Informing the hiring party that they need to get the other pages to them another way... I would just print the loan documents. LOL I bet they have already received the Insurance policy in an email... and as long as the hiring party is ok with that.... Close the loan... Otherwise, you did the right thing... I hate it when Lenders/TC send the appraisal and INS pages to us. If total pages are excessive, I increase the fee... or they get it back...
