Before you accept any assignments, I suggest you do a bit more study on this field and how it works. Those companies you named are all signing services, as far as I know, and you're not going to get the info you're asking for - and those are probably the wrong questions to ask. [A few may have their own software, but that is a minor detail.]
A signing service is a 'middleman' who contracts with title and settlement companies to find notaries to handle their remote signings across the country. They're the ones who hire you and you get paid by them (hopefully). In exchange, they keep a nice chunk of the fee (like a temporary employment agency).
A good number of those on your list have a less-than-stellar reputation. Check out the Signing Central tab above for more info on each of them plus a list of perhaps hundreds of other companies like these, along with ratings and comments, that will give you an idea of what they're like to work for. A simple Google search can also be very useful.
One more thing... You mentioned that you're "looking to expand a little bit...", but you didn't mention anything about further training. There's much more to the loan signing business than being a notary and there's a great deal at stake when the largest financial transaction some people make in their lifetime is on the line. So if you have no background in title/escrow or lending, you should get some additional training under your belt before you take on something you're not prepared for. The liability could be significant. You can start your training by reading everything on this forum going back a few years. In between some of the fluff is a great deal of useful info - but some formal basics are likely in order, too.
One last thing... You should NEVER pay any of the companies on your list (or any other signing service) to get work from them! You can apply to get into their database to be contacted if they have work in your area (although some you should avoid completely...), but it shouldn't cost you to do that. Any company that isn't a directory that advertises that database for use by anyone who wants to hire a notary (and there are only one or two in addition to this one), just uses their private data base to hire out work from their own clients.
There sadly are lots of scammers out there. You'll get an earful reading this forum and from Signing Central.
