That list is comprised of Signing Service companies (SS) -- also known as middlemen, hiring entities, etc. They're actually staffing agencies. They find the notary/signing agent for title/escrow/lender. They take a chunk of the fee. Most of those listed have a very dubious reputation for payment -- they pay very low fees; payment is very slow from them, if at all.

Take the time to visit Signing Central (tab at the top of this page) and research each of those on the list. You'll find that most notaries who have worked with them were not satisfied with the outcome.
