Plus, I don't worry about the ones that won't bend on fees (and I'll bet my home that ananotary feels the same way). I get those kinds of calls all the time and just let them go (as she probably does, too, unless she has them all blocked). There are tons of other notaries in my area that are taking the work from the lowballers.
The nice thing about working for oneself is that we get to decide if we want to be the Walmart of our industry or the Whole Foods. I choose to be the latter. They can choose to 'shop' wherever they like. |
