| Haven't seen rates like this in years !! Almost makes me wish I had a mortgage !!! My first was 13.25%, then 8%, then 6%, and finally 2.875% for 10 years. Even with low single digit rates, I believe my parents still struggled with paying their mortgage when they were first starting out. |
