Sure it could be, but they have the option to take the cost and not pass it to us. I have a few SD clients who pay $125.00 and up, so for me, it's not the norm. I block the bad apples, so maybe I don't know how bad it has gotten. Sometimes they do not even know what their offer is, as it's computer-generated by what the computer thinks the area is going for. If nobody answers, the compter raises the bar. Obviously, someone is taking them.
SD has been a good filler for me, it's up to each of us how we clean that house and what offers we see.
