Thank you for the thoughtful response, as always, Janet. I’m in the upper East Bay, between Sac and SF, which is a commuting corridor. Endless suburbia in most directions. What does that mean for competition? So far, I’m not certain. It certainly is here but I haven’t got a grasp on how aggressive it is, to be honest.
I guess I’m also curious if there is a point where experience, rather than NNA certification, becomes more important to title companies that search SD, NC, etc.
