I conducted signings for a purchase of a new home in September and the sale of a residence in November of last year for this elderly person.
Just the other day, I was contacted by the same person to notarize two documents. As it turns out, the documents are for the recently purchased home, which is undergoing a loan modification.
Have I had my head buried in the sand and missed any discussion on loan modifications? Honestly, the last loan modification conducted by me was in April of 2013 for UST Global. You all remember them, right?
Does anyone have further insight?
