As for the swearing in...court hearings are being done via Zoom...why can't the judge or clerk swear them in ?

Also, as to the Administration of the Oath...if the notary can do this via video, then have the new attorney sign it on video, mail original to notary, reconnect via video and notarize "in front of" new attorney (on video)....problem solved
