Most of the buildable individual lots in this area were snapped up a hundred years ago, and most of the new construction is in developed communities that don't operate at the level I work. However, there's been a few coming through lately (I suspect these are rich techies either ripping down old houses and building new ones in their place or building new homes outside the Bay Area as second homes), but I don't know what the packages are like, thus I have no idea how to price my bid. Any insights? How many pages do they tend to be? Unique documents that are standard? Notarization heavy or light? |
