A NH LO seriously pushed me OTL yesterday. Freaking out over his $7k deal!!
Okay, so maybe I'd be freaked out too (I wouldn't know). Wasn't sure if they could fund on my scanned docs - not too clear, but I finally got the scan app to convert to a better ADOBE pdf . . .
Anyway, he says needed a re-scan. Uh . . . no, and risk the 5:00 pick up? I don't think so!
He says they've lost FIVE packages and have no faith in FedEx. Sent him the TC's tracking. Shipment is on the truck - and in the right city.
Stay Calm. Have faith. And thank the lowly, stressed out (underpaid) notary who helped close your lucrative deal! |
