| I have done about 10 signings for them in the last 4 months. They pay quickly (in about 2 weeks) and will negotiate fees. They are HQ'd in Portland, Oregon and and trying to go from a local Portland area to a regional / national signing service. Their title and lenders tend to ask for scan backs, but I always ask for +$25 fee when they do. I never turn them down if I'm available since they pay my fee schedule. Overall, a good company to work for. |
