Maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet ...

Their notary fees appear good (i.e. $200 edocs plus travel fee) with a $40 registration fee. Fee to TC is $199 p/mo plus $175 p/signing(for a medium sized TC). Sounds good, but ... if that TC has say 40 signings in one month, how does that work? Wouldn't the funds be short? Am I missing something?

If it sounds too good to be true ..... Wink
