I scrolled over the list of prizes and it looks like the overall value is pretty high. Right away, that gets my 'spidey sense' tingling, as I wouldn't think any prizes would be necessary to get our peers to express an opinion about something that, on it's surface, should be to our benefit. It also makes me ask why any individual or organization would be willing to donate that much unless there was some perceived benefit to them at stake. That raises even more questions for me.
Plus, before anyone can even proceed to the survey, they're required to provide an email address. Maybe it wasn't your intention, but to the cynical part of me, this comes across as an attempt at data-mining or promoting membership in the CLIN. Sorry, but I found that a bit off-putting. Just sayin'... |
