I was so stunned at the request. Was I being set up? Was this a credible story? I don't know. I am not the person to make any recommendations. Even her past employer said he could not help her. The physician in charge of the person's care in LA was not returning her call, for obvious reasons. HIPPA won't permit discussion with perfect strangers, which she is with no paper trail.
Mind-boggling.
