We have laws and a responsibility to protect an individual's personal and financial information and people have ears and listen. Why bring anyone to learn and not be at the table? That makes -0- sense. Unless you have written permission from both parties (client and hiring) allowing a 3rd person, unvetted, to sit and watch and listen, it could cost you your career. If you or they take someone on their own and show up and tell anyone about it, you are in huge liability and trouble. That act could open a huge pandora's box if their identity was ever stolen in the future, you could be mentioned or recollected as the cause. Having an intern at a Drs. office is not the same as this, and you know it. They are an employee of the practice, just like if you worked at a title office, not as an independent contractor. The closest ever having a 3rd person is when they require a witness and you bring them, but they certainly are not a part of the process of closing your loan, just signing their name when asked to do so, and usually sit off to the side or go for a walk then. |
