Only 1 way. Does TX allow RON?

I think they do, check with TX SOS for process. Other than Remote Online Notarization, you can only be commissioned in the state you reside in (altho' some states DO allow 'crossing the border' if you're in a county that borders another state. Again, your SOS is the best place to go for this info and requirements.
