Good for you for calling out the title company you choose. I am also in the process of selling two CA properties and as seller, I will specify the title/escrow company I want to handle my transactions.
BTW, does Wells Fargo do cash out in your area, they don't here in CA. That is where Quicken is cleaning up! People who want to remodel and get cash out can't do it with Wells.
ENTitle used to have offices in Southern California before they were bought out by Radian. I don't think they ever had a large market share here. They were located in Corona, CA. |
