I called that yahoo Association, XYZ the other day with lots of complaints. I spoke with 5 different people.
1. None of the people I spoke with were notaries. It’s not a job requirement and less than 50% of XYZ employees are notaries. Hello? Considering that you can be a complete moron and obtain a notary commission, I was shocked.
2. They really encouraged me to take Mark Wills course to “earn more money”. XYZ has a formal relationship with Mark Wills because “he Is the best”. Really? She personally knew many notaries who earned ( after all expenses) eighty to one hundred thousand dollars a year.
3. I complained about their idiotic Certification exam. My personal favorite was question #17 where the borrower “ secretly divulges that the loan is for an investment property”. What are we supposed to be? The FBI, CIA. the police? We are just clerks That’s it.
XYZ is not “allowed to give out answers because the iinformatjon would be spread amongst notaries”.
I was too appalled to continue the conversation.
