Considering XYZ offers notary training and NSA training (for a fee, of course), I'm surprised they're referring callers to the LSS program. Wonder how much Mark's paying for those referrals ....... ;(
Back in 2006, when I started this biz, I called the XYZ a couple of times with questions. Never received any plausible direction. Never again. Best to always go to your state's commissioning authority first then come here to NR for additional opinion(s).
Insofar as the OP's complaints, may I suggest you contact the XYZ's leadership.
