That could be she is confused about the terminology, part 2 of a 2 part signing, but still, should have her own notarization form. Nothing should be partially notarized.
It could be an old doc and someone trying to get someone else now added to it thinking just another notarization attached?
We need more info and what the document is and how many signers and time-lapse in between. |
