I just heard from a notary today that the banks aren't

accepting them now. They were told the Federal Reserve won't accept them now.
I'm guessing someone has ruined this by depositing multiples of the same checks. These checks don't have the magnetic coding like traditional checks do, so it might open the door to this kind of thing.
