It was a purchase loan but the signers were questioning everything! They even questioned on why they were signing in blue and not in black, but why blue????? My direct clients are always 250.00 per signing. Sometimes 300.00 or 350.00 if three loan CALHFA loans if you are not from CA you may not know what that is.
