Do you have this in writing? Very easy, you were trained when you did the closings, sent you closing docs and they funded, training now has nothing to do with collecting payment after the fact. IF you have this down in an email, I would seek an attorney to get involved or in the least tell them your attorney is reviewing their ethical practices.
