Send this deadbeat a demand letter.
If this is a title company, let them know you will contact your state's Dept. of Insurance (or whatever licensing agency your state has) to let them know the settlements fees that are being charged to the borrowers for your services aren't being paid.
If this is a signing service, contact the title companies and lenders to let them know you haven't been paid and you would like to work directly with the title companies. |
