What I'm concerned about is some offshore operation similar to the Watson computer that beat all the human champions at the Jeopardy game show. It would search the internet, gathering up information about people, and then try to answer KBA challenges. It wouldn't have to succeed for every victim. If it could succeed for one victim out of 100, or maybe 1 out of 1000, that could be profitable.
