You've asked and no one has responded, so one could conclude that the answer to your question is "No". The responses you HAVE received are possible reasons WHY others haven't accepted other offers that may have appeared similar. Sorry you're not getting the answer(s) you wanted to hear, but getting testy with the people who are trying to help you won't change anything.
Obviously, I don't know where in CA you're located, but personally, that kind of fee for me would get travel and one signature notarized within a basic travel radius; no printing, no scans. But suit yourself... |
