These are coming from Superior out of Texas…….I did one and will never do another. These are from a Real Estate company having people commit to them for no more than 40 years that they will get the ability to list the house. This is through MV Realty out of Florida. If the homeowners sells the house and they are not used, they are entitled to their full commission. This also is passed on to their heirs for no more than 40 years. Imagine selling grandmas house and then you have to pay a commission to someone you had no clue about. They are giving the homeowners a 3 day cancellation after signing the contract. All this for a low low value of 500 to 1000.00.
Basically they are trying to build future inventory of sale of homes. Great for MV but I don’t feel the homeowners really understand. I literally see 10 of these a week here in the Birmingham Alabama area. Link to their program is below..
