Ultimately the county recorder would have kicked
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 5/11/22 9:38am Msg #639991
The dot back to title and request theb nterspoisal deed and PCOR. I just made it possible to still close the transaction tomorrow. It might not have occurred otherwise until next week sometime.

Would rate lock be expiring? Other docs expiring and requiring updates?

Who knows? Where was uw? Loan officer? Processor? Seems like everyone was napping? Borrower was just married when he began the refi process.
