Had a "single doc" signing on May 5th of something that was signed in 2020 (investment property in California, different county). We re-signed the DOT, QCD (x2 since in Trust) and PCOO (x2). According to borrowers, they were told these docs were recorded in incorrect order two years ago and just now caught. Guess Auditing takes a while .....

Glad you caught it though, Cheryl. Saved everyone some time and money. Smile
