Nope, nadda, no printer at their house, in fact, they texted me their DL so I printed them here before the closing...it was at a private home, and the distance round trip was 30 miles.
I left them a text and told them unfortunately I wasn't able to accommodate their closing and assured them I shredded their copies of the DLs and that someone else will be calling to see them.
Sometimes we have to stick to our guns. It's not like they gave me a huge amount of closings and this was just unusual. No thanks...we run our own business, and truthfully with inflation, we should all be raising our fees 5%, not lowering them. |
