When posting information speaking in code is useless... IF there is an issue, or procedure defect from a company, information is key. THIS DOES NOT mean start bashing on them... We all know the short comings of S/S and T/Es with low knowledge help.. I would also urge you not " NOT " to bring it up to them, I did and was termn. after 15 years.
