Congrats, Janet! The slow roll into retirement debt free must be so nice! I am still funding my retirement accounts and will roll in debt free also! At some point. lol
These posts from GB really showcase the importance of how important the "delivery" and "tone" of a message is. While the first 10 posts with horrible delivery skills and equally bad tone were heard, the rest are falling on deaf ears. The message has died.
For the new people that came into this business in 2020, they are getting the message loud and clear, organically. By means of their bank deposits. C'mon, most people are not that stupid. As far as new people coming in and not treating this like a business, that's nothing new. The vast majority that GB refers to, are the same people from 10-20 years ago posting on this board. They were printing documents at their work office, etc.
Times are changing, the professionals know this and are planning, hopefully. The hobby notaries already have a job or a second income in their home since this was just pocket money to them. |
