Yes, Janet is correct. Several years ago, a former fellow notary had her Acknowledgment rejected for having personalized it.
Many years ago, I used to personalize my certs. Quit doing that when that other notary told me what happened to her. Since then, I use all the pronouns and strike through those that don't apply.
