| I got a request for one just today. My concern is the signer's comprehension since he couldn't seem to remember the appt date. I also asked if he had served and got 2 diff answers (sigh). I'm not assisting with filling out anything so I will likely decline. He told me over the phone that he doesn't see well; otherwise, why can't law firm just mail out the paperwork? Smh... |
