I specifically requested the sr. escrow officer be our notary. I did not want an outsider to be privy to our sale details. Just prefer the down low. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Wiring will occur next week after the holiday. We were thanked for our business, and for bringing our buyer, who is very active in the acquisition side of RE these days, in as well. This company has been very good to me over the years, and really appreciated that we brought our business to them.
Since our EO and TO handled all the details from start to finish, it's easier to have those in the know of a certain transaction at the signing table. Cash sales are the name of the game these days. |
