Never heard of this. To OP: Have you had a claim on your Merchants bond?

I've never gotten my bond or E&O from xyz. I did, however, get my bond and E&O with Merchants through Notary Rotary for my first couple of commissions. I just checked county records ... no liens recorded back then.

As Lee/AR asked: Is there more to this story?
