Yes - I called - they removed the liens since 2004 - buy my lender is requiring them to send a notarized letter of explanation that this is NOT a bail bond (which is how it appeared on the title report) that it is a bond required by the state. Dead silence since before Thanksgiving. I am hiring an attorney.

Never had a claim - clean history. Please run a title search on you and your property. I was shocked!! Merchant's Bonding has NEVER removed all the liens since my first commission. I think we need to urge NNA to hire another bonding company. I am hiring an attorney. I have my title report.
