I do a fair amount of work for First American and all their orders are scheduled through Snapdocs.
They are one of the few Snapdocs vendors that pays OK, but you have to counter their initial low-ball offers. The Snapdocs app often reduces the initial offer, so just counter what you consider fair, but make sure your Snapdocs profile is complete and up to date. They usually pay at 30 day post signing and sometimes need a reminder, but they do pay. |
