Respectfully, I am Robert Koehler, and I’m one of only 23 approved notary education providers in Florida. This guidance is valid. It is issued from the Governor’s General Counsel.

The app for digital IDs has a verification feature. The notary can scan the QR code in the app to validate the ID.
