I haven't seen an assumption in many years. Insofar as refi of a reverse mortgage, also haven't seen one of those for a while. This latter is primarily due to some hiring parties aren't amenable to my fees.  I'm not working at a loss.
Glad to hear OP is busy this week. As usual, work seems to be sporadic and regional. Busy in Oregon; slowed down some in the Sacramento Metro Area. Hoping everyone can pick up some profitable signings real soon! |
