You're right about that. Undoubtedly switching to RON is inevitable. BUT to say that RON is legal in CA is just, hmmm underhanded? I'm sure Amrock is not the only Title company sending our jobs out of state!
By not allowing CA notaries to perform Remote Online Notarizations, they are putting notaries 6 years behind in building that type of business!
And how is this any better or safer to customers? They're getting notarizations done NOW.
