is worth it, right out the gate, is search your zip code here and see where your name lands - there are premium and basic members listed and each category is limited (think it's 25 each).
Also, while i"m here - start "hoofing" it - get business cards and start delivering them to local banks/lenders, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, doctor's offices, attorneys, etc etc. Just listing on a site is no guarantee - many of these offices don't even know about this site (or any of the others).
