Bic 'Cristal' by the dozen...for a lot of crazy reasons. They're 6-sided and don't roll off the table. I uncap them when handling them to signers...and so get pen back every time. The 'cristal' part means they're transparent so no 'oopsie, wrong color' issues...and you can see when ink is low. Probably the craziest reason is not having to endure the 'nervous pen clickers' who continually click the retractables. And, of course, they're cheap so nobody wants to keep 'em...every penny counts these slow times.
